Jared is the founder and driving force behind One Brilliant Arc. A filmmaker, writer, developmental editor, visionary, and--above all--a narrative liberationist who built OBA to challenge the way stories are told and who gets to tell them. He is OBA’s Nick Fury: the connector, strategist, and truth-teller who pulled this team together around a shared mission to reclaim narrative power for the silenced and use it to dismantle systems of oppression.

Ceylan wanted to become a hermit, but instead her passion for stories got her sucked into helping build a story studio around the power of community connection through storytelling. Starting off as a self-published author and entrepreneur in high school, she graduated to freelance editing and is now the Editor-in-Chief, lead admin, and all-around "Den Mother" for the OBA story team. Her passion is uplifting others to tell a more beautiful story than the one handed to them.
